Museums
Brisbane has several museums. We liked the Queensland museum. The State Queensland is full of unique animals and habitats, it has more animal species than anywhere else in Australia and it is also one of the most biologically diverse places on Earth. Part of the Queensland museum shows all these species and it is freely accessible. Kids will certainly enjoy the outside Dinosaur garden. Another not to miss visit is the Museum of Brisbane, the City Hall is Brisbane’s premier heritage building and free tours are available but need to be booked upfront . If you have more time for museums you can visit the State Library of Queensland, the Opal Museum and Gallery of Modern Art.
