Brookfield State School
One of the reasons why we choose to live in the Western suburbs of Brisbane is because the area is known for its good State Schools. Different from the private schools, states schools are much cheaper and are split between primary and secondary. We have chosen the Brookfield State school because the school is only 2 km away from our house, surrounded by plenty of nature, having good sport infrastructure like tennis fields, a soccer and running field, sport before school options as well as the high ranking on the Australian good school list. The kids will enrol soon from the 1st of November. This weekend the Brookfield state school celebrated their 150 years existence with several kids activities including a wildlife show, an animal petting area, and many more things… Uniforms are bought, the kids are looking forward to start and make new australian friends soon…
