5 Things we learnt today
  1. When birds are making noise like crazy, the chance there is a snake closeby is high. Most snakes like this ‘Carpet snake’ are not Venomous. Snakes mostly hide in the high grass and if you really are in front of a snake you just have to stand still, she will move away.
  2. In Australia you don’t feed your dog or cat in the morning but you feed the parrots.
  3. On Friday after school, Australian kids go crazy, they climb trees, play in the playground, eat ice cream and chips, play basket and other sports
  4. They also have bird houses here in Australia, but they are much bigger 😊
